It’s been an interesting week here at TVP as I’ve closely watched the voting for May’s Phatshionista of the Month. Ten ladies signed up but the contest appears to have been between only TWO voluptuous beauties: Jennifer B. and Jill W. with less than three hours remaining until the voting poll closes it will be interesting to see what happens.

Phatshionista Update
Wow! The response to the Phatshionista Contest has been amazing! Ten of the most beautiful voluptuous ladies are competing for a $100 shopping spree at curvy clothier B & Lu. Over 3,400 votes have been placed and so far, the race has been confined to two entrants: Jennifer B. with 1,747 votes and Jill W. with 1,315 votes. Tally H. is in 3rd place with 230 votes. There is still plenty of time to vote before we crown our first Phatshionista of the Month so ladies keep rallying your networks to your cause!
A New Look for TVP
No, your eyes have not been playing tricks on you. Over the past several days I’ve been playing around with different themes for the blog. I’ve finally settled on one that allows the customization I need so what you see now will stay in effect for the next several months or until I finally get around to doing a custom theme. I would appreciate any feedback regarding the new theme from the TVP Fam. You know I value your opinions. 😉

I’m pleased to announce our first competition: Phatshionista Tuesdays! Each week we are going to select one Curvy Lady or Real Gent that is the best dressed and feature them on the blog. At the end of the I will select one lucky guy or guy to crown as Phatshionista of the Year and present a $150 gift card to a favored fashion retailer (to be disclosed later). Interested in participating? Visit our Facebook Fan Page and click the Photo tab. The ladies will click the Curve Appeal folder; the guys will select the Real Men folder.
Participants will upload ONE image to the folder dressed to impress in their most stylish attire. Each week I’ll pick a finalist with a monthly winner being selected to move on to toward the Phatshionista of the Year finals. I’ll provide more details and a complete set of rules later this week. For now, grab your best duds and a camera and submit away! Oh! Family members or business associates cannot participate. We have to keep it fair! 🙂
